The Brookstone Mission Statement has seven Core Values in it that we hold dearly as a school – Loyalty, Courage, Wisdom, Honor, Service, Respect, and Leadership. This year, our Upper School has held a special assembly once a month to focus on those values with guest speakers. Wellness in 90 from Brookstone’s Counseling Department

This past fall our Counseling Department began a new weekly series called “Wellness in 90,” where they provide tips and tools to our parents as we all navigate this adventure of raising children. Positive Masculinity in Action

This past fall, we held a special event for parents and teenage boys, a special panel entitled, Positive Masculinity in Action: Fostering conversations about character, healthy relationships, and respect. Over the course of the evening, the panel discussed such topics as, what is positive masculinity? How do we equip our boys to contribute to society in meaningful and positive ways? What are the tools for fostering healthy relationships?
