How much homework is too much?

How much homework is too much? It’s a valid question. It’s also a question I’m glad Brookstone School is not afraid to ask. Last year, our Upper School teachers began doing some research into the amount of homework students had to do each night. Last night was a great night for Brookstone at the Page One awards! Congratulations to our Page One winners, Hannah Mattson, Athletics, and Mason Gillespie, Drama, and to our runners-up, Carly Cline, English, Ridley Hudson, Journalism, and Emma Yancey, Social Sciences. The Page One Awards program was originated in 1976 by the Columbus Ledger-Enquirer and remains one of the most high-profile, prestigious award ceremonies in the region. Great Week for Golf and Tennis

Our Golf and Tennis teams have had quite the week! Congratulations are in order to the Varsity Girls Golf Team for winning Area this week! The Boys team placed second! Sanders Hinds was low medalist with a score of 79. Sa Copeland came in 4th with a score of 87 and all golfers placed in the Top 7. For the boys, Bo Blanchard won low medalist with a score of 69.
