For the 15th time, that’s right, the 15th time, Brookstone clinched the Golf State Championship. Defeating First Presbyterian Day School by 10-shots, the Cougars roared to secure the title after finishing fourth last year.

Coach Hunter Chapman said last year’s finish actually served as a motivator for this young team. With no pressure to keep up a streak, they were able to focus on simply playing well. And play well they did.
