Spring Break 2018!

Even though students might be out for Spring Break, that certainly doesn’t mean the learning ever stops! We had four groups of students traveling on official school trips that spanned the globe. One group of Upper School students set off on a College Tour. Over the course of the week, the 15 students and two college counselors traveled over 1,800 miles and visited 12 different colleges! Grease is the Word!

You might have seen the 57 Chevy parked out in front of the Turner Center recently and the interior foyer turned into a classic 1950s soda shoppe! It was all to help stage the scene for the beloved production of the musical Grease. Children and Anxiety

Taking care of the health and well-being of our students is a priority at Brookstone. Recently, the school welcomed Dr. Kaizad Shroff, MD, a local psychiatrist and Brookstone parent, to share information on child and adolescent anxiety with fellow Brookstone parents. The visit was part of the ongoing Parent University program sponsored by our Brookstone Parent Association working in conjunction with our counseling department. Boys Basketball is Elite Eight Bound!

Congratulations to our Varsity Boys Basketball Team who have made it to the Elite Eight in the state play offs for the first time in school history! We could not be prouder of them!
