Part of our philosophy at Brookstone is that some of the best educational experiences occur outside of the classroom. As such, we place such a big emphasis on travel opportunities and experiential learning.

This week was “Trip Week” for our Middle School students. Our 8th graders went to North Carolina for a week of camping and hiking, the 7th graders traveled to Savannah for a Georgia history tour, and our 6th graders went on a one-day adventure to The Rock Ranch. These are so much more than “field trips.” They are opportunities to get see new places, try new things, and maybe even push the boundaries of some comfort zones. Memories are made and fun is had by all!
