Athletic Accolades

We have lots of athletic accolades being given out these days! Congratulations to the following athletes!

The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer recently announced it’s All-Bi-City athletes for fall. Brookstone was well represented!

Cross Country

Girls Runner of the Year – Fr. Kiley Murphy, freshman

First Team – Stella Yancey, sophomore, Jackson Crowley, senior, and Luke McDaniel, freshman

Honorable Mention – Luke Hubbard and Dillon Murphy, freshmen

Football

First Team Kicker – Wes Pahl, senior

Second Team Linebacker – Andrew Newton, sophomore

Honorable Mention – Wes Brown and Sam Kilgore, juniors

Softball

First Team – Molly Gayles, sophomore

Honorable Mention – Kelsey Long and Liza Hollingsworth, sophomores

Volleyball

First Team Middle Hitter – Emma Clark, sophomore

Honorable Mention –  Hailey Todt, freshman

SportsVision recently honored it’s football players and coaches of the year. Congratulations are in order to Sam Kilgore, junior, offense, Andrew Newton, sophomore, defense, and Wes Pahl, Kicker.

Wes Pahl was also invited to play in the Georgia Army National Guard North/South All-Star Classic! It was quite an honor to be invited and he averaged over 40 yards each punt.

And last but not least, senior basketball player Nan Sheek was selected as the Kinetic Credit Union – WTVM Scholar-Athlete of the Week!
