Cuts for a Cure

This past week, Brookstone once again hosted Cuts for a Cure, the national effort in which women and men donate their hair to make natural wigs for people suffering from cancer.

Started in 2012 by Kate Wilson, Class of 2014, this event has become an incredible opportunity for students to give back in one of the most personal of ways. Kate, inspired by her own mother’s battle with breast cancer, was able to attend this year’s program as well.

Click here to watch the WRBL news report from the event. This particular report is made even more special because the reporter, Bria Kalpen, is also a Brookstone alumnae, Class of 2015.
