Thank you, Teachers!
We’ve been in school for seven weeks now and we felt it was time to share the gratitude our parents feel for our teachers!
Being a teacher in the best of times is always full of challenges, but teaching during a pandemic, balancing in-person and virtual learning, has elevated everything to new levels. So the least we can do is to THANK THEM! Because they are pouring themselves out on behalf of our children and we are so incredibly grateful for the work they do every day.
So below are some excerpts from emails we have received from parents since the start of the school year. THANK YOU teachers for all you do! And THANK YOU parents for partnering with us during this crazy time. We couldn’t do it without you!
I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to you and every single member of the Brookstone staff that has worked so incredibly hard to get the kids safely back to school. When we came to our teacher meet and greet my daughter was able to just say “hey” to friends she hasn’t seen since March, she looked up at me and said, “Mama, it’s so good to see my friends!” I could have burst into tears right there.
Every day this week, she has been excited to get up and had a smile on her face when I picked her up. I haven’t seen her this happy in a while and it brings me so much joy. So thank you again for all you have done to make it happen, we really appreciate the time and effort that was put in to get them safely back to school.
Good Job today! I have been so impressed with all the precautions at Brookstone and I know it is hard work. Everyone is so happy to be back.
Thank you for this and for all you and the rest of the staff have done to prepare for a great school year!
Looking forward to a year with the greatest group of folks I know. Y’all have gone above and beyond ALREADY, and whatever happens, I am so incredibly proud to be a Brookstone Cougar today.
Thank you for an excellent drop-off process today at the Lower School. I hope and pray that this is one of many of the emails you receive today commending all of your staff on a job well done. Though this year does not look the way any of us could have imagined, your staff still made drop-off have the warm Brookstone presence that all of us know and love. Please know that we support all of your efforts and that we are praying for all of you.
